Open it, Get into "Tweaks (1.1.4)" folder category and install Region Format Patch and AppSupport Patch. First adds Serbian (both cyr and latin) in the list of formats under Settings/General/International/Region Format. Second adds support for caller id recognition, although it works for me here (MTS network), out of the box. As the guilty party, I’m obliged to provide solutions. ;)
